By downloading, installing, or using any Trivarta Tech school mobile application published under the developer account Trivarta Tech Pvt Ltd on Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Trivarta Tech Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
As a user of Schools 1, you are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keeping your account information updated.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Users who are minors must have authorization from their school or a parent/guardian to use this application. Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent before enrolling student or parent accounts.
When using Schools 1, you agree NOT to:
The Trivarta Tech school applications, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Trivarta Tech Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India and international treaties.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material from our application without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to:
Temporarily suspend your access to the application if we suspect violation of these terms
Permanently terminate your account for repeated or severe violations of these terms
Take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the application
Take any action necessary to protect our rights and the safety of our users
Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
